Farmet Digger
THE DEEP-LOOSENING POWERHOUSE THAT OUTPERFORMS PLOUGHING
The Farmet Digger is a premium deep cultivator engineered to surpass traditional ploughing. Perfect for breaking through hardpan, improving drainage, and preparing an optimized seedbed in a single, efficient pass.
Key Features:
Deep soil penetration (25–50 cm): Dual rows of specially shaped chisels deliver powerful yet low-resistance loosening that restores soil structure and water infiltration while preserving the biologically active topsoil.
Selective row lift capability: In challenging scenarios—like headlands or marshy zones—one row of chisels can be lifted to reduce draft and increase adaptability.
Integrated levelling and residue management: Levelling discs smooth the soil surface and seamlessly mix in crop residues for a uniform field finish.
Clod-crushing rear roller: A rear-mounted spiked roller breaks up clods and compacts the soil for improved moisture retention and a polished seedbed.
Optional Fert+ fertiliser system: The Fert+ variants (including Compact and P models) feature integrated or tractor-attached hoppers and delivery systems to apply granulated fertiliser at two soil depths—optimizing root zone nutrition in the same pass.
Heavy-duty, low-maintenance build: Built with rugged frames and carbide-tipped chisels, the Digger withstands tough fieldwork. Choose between hydraulic or mechanical protection systems to shield the tines from overload.
High throughput with efficiency: Elevated frame clearance (approx. 750 mm) ensures smooth residue flow, and its design supports working speeds up to 12 km/h—saving time and fuel.
Multiple configurations for every need: Available in mounted (Digger N) and semi-mounted (Digger P) versions, with various fertiliser and protection setups to fit your operation.
