JJ Limited is a well-established and respected family owned company selling and servicing a wide range of world leading agricultural machinery and equipment with branches in Christchurch, Ashburton, Timaru, Mosgiel, Gore, and Invercargill.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Marketing Manager to join the high performing head office team based in Invercargill.  Reporting directly to the Managing Director the main objective of this position is to develop and implement all aspects of the company's marketing requirements and strategies.

This is a hands on role and key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the General Manager to co-ordinate the marketing plans for the company and generate a strategy that will have positive results for all divisions
• Planning and managing the marketing strategy of events and activities for existing and new products
• The creation of marketing collateral, advertising material and other promotional material
• Website management including content
• Managing social media and monitoring online marketing performance
• Working with international suppliers to execute marketing strategies

In addition to the marketing responsibilities of this role you will also be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the company’s Health and Safety Policy is being correctly implemented across the branches.

To be successful you will ideally have:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Advertising with a thorough understanding of all mediums (print, radio, online, social media, press release, catalogues, etc. as they relate to the primary sector)
• Several years proven experience in a similar role
• High levels of business acumen and previous health and safety management experience
• Being a self-starter is essential as is being a highly effective communicator in both written and verbal forms
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of people
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required and experience with enterprise resource planning software would be an advantage
• Due to the short lead times for some of our digital advertising a keen eye for design and experience in creating artwork first hand is necessary
• Experience in website development and maintenance as well as SEO

This is a pivotal role in their organisation therefore we are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a business/corporate environment who has strong business communication skills with a high level of professionalism.

We are currently seeking a Diesel Mechanic Technician to join our expanding Christchurch, business based in Templeton.

Our ideal applicant will have experience working with major agriculture brands, be a motivated person who wishes to advance their career, has an ability to learn new skills quickly and a strong understanding of diagnostic problem solving skills.

Previous experience with tractors and/ or agriculture machinery is a must. We offer training on the job for AGCO products and will also send you to factory run service schools.

Minimum Requirements:
Excellent mechanical skills and high standard of workmanship
Be able to work unsupervised and have great customer relationship skills
Have experience in the diesel mechanic industry
Have experience working in the agriculture machinery with major tractor brands
